Warranty & Refund Policy
WARRANTY:
- Every brand has its own warranty policy. You can check or confirm the warranty of a product by visiting your desired product page, at the bottom of the product description.
REFUND:
- Refunds will be claimed in case of unavailability.
- Refund is not applicable in case of change of mind, or if the product is used or damaged.
- Payment will be transferred via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or other service suitable for the customer.
- Product must be in working condition.
- Undamaged and in the condition in which it was received.
- The parcel should contain its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came with the product.
- Customer has to send the product at their own expense.
All the process can take around 3-4 working days once the product is received.
